Due to the lack of post operative support, over the course of the last couple years life happened and her weight has snuck back up by about 50 pounds. She tried EVERYTHING. Then she found me! We are addressing the intricate nutrition requirements from a post-bypass perspective and getting her body moving in ways she’s never thought possible! Her goal was to run a 5k and after just 5 weeks of working with me - she hiked 6 miles at Silver Falls last weekend with her son!! Incredibly proud of her!
