Long term change involves behavior modification over time. By eating the right foods and moving your body more, you'll lose weight. It's simple, but not easy! If you're looking to lose significant weight, or want to shed a few extra pounds, you've plateaued, are struggling with postpartum weight, have a desire to get fit, get stronger, learn to run, or learn to eat the right foods for your body - I am here to support you and hold you accountable.

I offer personal training sessions in my home gym including Peloton Bike and Tread classes, Yoga, and weekly workout plans to take back to your home gym. I also offer a variety of holistic tools geared towards lifestyle changes in daily habits, including behavior modification and nutrition plans, as well as provide fully active accountability to support achieving your goals.

G is finding she is MUCH stronger than she thought! Her training sessions are FIRE! She is learning what types of food are actually ‘healthy’ and that with consistent effort, not perfection to a plan, she is able to make sustainable long-term changes to her health. She has progressed wonderfully and will continue to be a force throughout her journey!

20 DAYS! Kim had a gastric bypass in 2017 losing 166 pounds! Due to the lack of post operative support, over the course of the last couple years life happened and her weight has snuck back up by about 50 pounds. She tried EVERYTHING. Then she found me! We are addressing the intricate nutrition requirements from a post-bypass perspective and getting her body moving in ways she’s never thought possible! Her goal was to run a 5k and after just 5 weeks of working with me - she hiked 6 miles at Silver Falls last weekend with her son!! Incredibly proud of her! I think we’ll be setting her up with a bigger goal ;-)!

JUST 26 days!! She went from 50-100g of sugar per day to under 30g! She eats more food but lighter portions throughout the day and moves her body more! Simple changes, made over longer periods of time, are key to long term weight loss and creating healthier HABITS. One of her goals is leaning down, so nutrition balance and strength training is how we are working towards that goal. These small adjustments to her lifestyle have already shown huge benefits - she is fitting better in clothes, having more energy, and not having sugar/hunger cravings. Rockstar status!!

This client worked my Behavior Assessment program for 7 weeks which includes a weekly workout plan and provides active accountability throughout the week, switching to Personal Training x2 per week. She started with me in July, and I have been incredibly proud of her progress. She has embraced strength training and continues to improve her strength and cut body fat!

She learned to read labels and look for harmful ingredients; that cooking at home leaves out the unknown factors of what goes into take out foods; and that she had to put her health FIRST when it came to a toxic work environment and trust that life has a way of working out as long as she puts the work in to make it happen! She’s kept the weight off and is continuing to progress in her journey to the lifestyle she wants for her and her family!
